When water, pests or storm damage will not wait, the part you should not have to worry about is whether anyone picks up. Here is what this service commits to, and — just as plainly — what it does not.
No voicemail, no office hours
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
Nothing to pay for being connected
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
Local, and cleared for the work
You reach an independent local contractor covering San Diego, insured and carrying whatever this trade and this state require of the firm doing the work. Checking that before work begins is the homeowner’s job, and a good contractor makes it easy.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
What this page does not promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
